ALCON Global Intranet
After working with Alcon on their Facebook strategy and redesign of AlconSurgical.com, North Hero Creative was also engaged to redesign Alcon's intranet. North Hero Creative worked with the Alcon team in re-imagining the SharePoint site by creating low fidelity wireframes, information architecture, and working with a design team to create multiple branding concepts for the UI.
Pfizer First Measures Portal
North Hero Creative was engaged to manage UX, creative, and technical strategy for Pfizer's FIRST MEASURES software. After many workshops and joint design sessions, a very complex workflow and hierarchy of users was documented. The workflow informed the low fidelity wireframes and doumentation needed to build the portal. North Hero Creative worked with the design team to create the mocks.
Janome Website
North Hero Creative conceptualized the digital strategy and UX for Janome.com. A competitive analysis of other sites outside of Janome's industry was performed in order to determine how to communicate information the users. Information architecture and registration workflows were documented for the client. A low fidelity clickable prototype was created in Axure.
